Policy

The refund policy.

Last updated · May 2026

This is the part of the website where most digital sellers paste a 30-day money-back guarantee and call it customer trust. We don't.

All sales are final. ParentPress sells digital guides — PDF files that, once opened, can't be un-read. The same way you can't return a book you've finished and remembered. We don't think a refund clause changes the math; we think it changes the incentive.

What we do refund

We re-issue or refund — your choice, immediately and without arguments — for any of these :

1. Your download link doesn't work, or expires before you can reach a stable connection.
2. The PDF file you receive is corrupted, blank, or unreadable.
3. You were charged twice for the same order, or charged after you cancelled.
4. You bought the wrong product (e.g. you meant the Tantrums Reset, not the Sleep Reset).

The fastest path is to email hello@parentpress.co with your order number (it's in the receipt from Stripe). The founder reads every reply.

What we don't refund

We don't refund a guide you've downloaded, opened, and decided isn't for you. The PDF is the entire deliverable. There is no follow-up consultation we can claw back, no stream we can cut off. Once you've read it, you've read it.

We also don't refund based on outcome. The Sleep Reset is a structured protocol grounded in the pediatric sleep literature and tracked across six weeks on a real baby. It is not a guarantee that your specific baby will sleep through the night by Night 7. Babies aren't drain unclogger. We'd be lying if we said otherwise.

Refund policies on digital goods are mostly conversion-rate theater. We'd rather build something we trust enough to publish without one.

Disputes & chargebacks

If something feels wrong about your order, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We're a small operation. A two-line email solves 95 % of issues in under an hour. A chargeback freezes the merchant account for everyone.
